The Field Service Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Axis Business Technologies hardware and software installations in the field. Hardware products include multi-functional copiers, laser printers, tablets, notebooks, large screen displays, computers, scanners, shredders, paper folders, and more. The candidate should be able to provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during the repair process. The preferred person will have prior technical experience, a solid IT background, and manufacturer’s certification on one or more brands. Candidate must be capable of maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.
